Only one Account per individual natural person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts — whether created using different email addresses, payment methods or identities — are strictly prohibited. hy999 may merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.
hy999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account relationship, including but not limited to at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents may include a valid government-issued CNIC, passport or driving licence. hy999 may additionally request proof of address and proof of the payment method used.
Accounts for which satisfactory KYC verification has not been completed may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is approved. hy999 will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hy999 will never request your password via email, live chat or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, contact our support team immediately.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the hy999 cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistani payment references on the platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for user familiarity only. These providers do not endorse gambling and their availability must be verified in the cashier at the time of deposit.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per payment method. hy999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the payment method must match the registered Account holder.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. hy999 reserves the right to conduct security and compliance checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. hy999 makes no representation that withdrawals will be processed within any specific timeframe. Standard bank transfers to accounts at Pakistani banks may take longer than mobile wallet withdrawals, subject to both hy999's payout schedule and the receiving institution's processing cycle.
Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. hy999 is not responsible for currency conversion costs or fluctuations arising from the use of payment methods that process in a different base currency.
Payment providers referenced on the hy999 platform are mentioned for user familiarity only. None of them are claimed to endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions. Users should review the terms and acceptable use policies of their chosen payment provider independently.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on the hy999 platform are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. By way of illustration only: a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal can be made.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at 100%, while table games, live casino titles and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering. The contribution percentages applicable to any specific bonus will be set out in that bonus's individual terms.
While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum single bet or stake limit applies per round or market. Placing wagers in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit applicable to each bonus will be specified in its terms.
Bonuses that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not completed, within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
hy999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back any bonus, free bet or associated winnings in circumstances where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has abused the bonus system. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, and coordinated exploitation of promotional offers between multiple users.
hy999 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on erroneous odds, where system errors affect pricing, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.
Odds for sports betting markets — including cricket matches such as PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, Pakistan bilateral series, and other sports including football and UFC — are set by hy999 and are subject to change up until the start of the relevant event. Settled results are based on official data from relevant governing bodies and sports data providers. hy999's settlement decisions are final subject only to manifest error.
A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; settlement data is unavailable or unreliable; the bet was placed on manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical or human error; or any other circumstance arises that renders fair settlement impossible. Void bets are refunded to the User's Account balance at the original stake.
Casino and live dealer games are operated by third-party technology providers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the respective game studios and verified by independent auditors. hy999 does not modify RTP settings. In the event of a game malfunction, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes refunded.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hy999 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:
hy999 may suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Terms have been breached; the Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activities; there is a risk of harm to the platform, other users or third parties; or where required to do so by law or regulatory obligation.
Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the hy999 support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Where a self-exclusion request is made, the Account will be closed and access prevented for the duration requested in accordance with the Responsible Gambling policy.
Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus play are not returnable upon closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the platform; create derivative works; reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software; or use any hy999 trademark or branding without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hy999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

hy999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
hy999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors and fraud prevention services is shared solely to the extent necessary for those operational purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. hy999 does not represent that the platform is available, appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
Users in Pakistan are responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with applicable Pakistani legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. hy999 does not provide legal advice and this paragraph does not constitute legal advice. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.
